Consult Activity Log and Download Check-in Report

Modified on Tue, 31 Mar at 9:36 AM

The Sales Expert module offers two complementary tools to track your team's field activity: the Activity Log (online consultation) and the Check-in Report (downloadable export). These two tools have distinct uses — it is important not to confuse them.

?  Activity Log

?  Check-in Report

Consultation only (not downloadable)

Downloadable Excel export

View of all user actions

View of check-ins only

Filterable by person and period

Filter by period and representative

Ignore days with no activity (optional)

Includes orders, notes, tasks, distance

⚠️  Critical point

The Activity Log is not exportable. It is a consultation view only.

To download visit data, use the Check-in Report exclusively.

The Activity Log

How to access it

  1. In the menu, go to Sales Expert > Activity Log.

  2. Select a representative from the dropdown menu (or leave on "All").

  3. Define the desired period.

  4. Enable the "Hide days with no activity" option to filter out inactive days.

What you see

The log displays, for each user and each day, the chronological list of all actions performed: check-ins, orders created, notes, tasks, record updates.

It is the ideal tool to answer the question: "What did [representative X] do today?"

The Check-in Report

How to download it

  1. In the menu, go to Sales Expert > Check-in Report.

  2. Select the period and, if desired, filter by representative.

  3. Click Download. An Excel file (.xlsx) is generated.

Excel file content

Each line of the report corresponds to a check-in. The available columns are:

Column

Content

Date and time

Timestamp of the check-in

Representative

User who performed the check-in

Point of sale

Customer visited

Real distance

Distance measured between GPS position and customer address

Attached orders

Order numbers created since check-in

Notes

Notes added during the visit

Tasks

Tasks created or completed

Checklist

Number of items completed / total of the checklist

✅  Good practice

Use the "Real distance" filter to identify check-ins performed far from the declared point of sale.

An empty "Attached orders" column indicates a visit with no orders created since check-in.
