Profile & Notifications - Your Settings

This module is your personal space to manage your user profile, including your password and personal information. You can also modify your notification preferences to receive the notices you consider relevant to your user profile.

Setting up a user account

1. Access the "Profile" tab:

   • Once logged in, click on your name or avatar in the top right corner of the screen.

   • Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu.

2. Configure your general information:

   • Dans la section "Général", vous pouvez mettre à jour votre nom et votre email.

   • Make sure this information is correct, as it is essential for your identification on the platform.

3. Add professional contact information:

   • Sous "Contact professionnel", vous pouvez ajouter des informations supplémentaires telles que votre titre, votre numéro de téléphone, et votre extension.

   • Vous pouvez également ajouter des liens vers vos comptes Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, et WeChat.

   • This information will be shared with all the companies you belong to in PivoHub.

1. Access the "Notifications" Tab:

2. Still in the "Profile" menu, click on the "Notifications" tab.

3. Configure Your Notification Preferences:

4. You will see a list of different types of notifications, such as "Order in Progress," "New Invoice," "Message Regarding an Order," etc.

5. For each available notification type, you can choose to receive alerts "In PivoHub" and/or "By Email."

6. Enable or disable these options according to your preferences.

7. Apply the Settings:

8. The notification settings apply to all companies you have access to in PivoHub.

9. Remember to save your changes before leaving the page.
