Inventory transfers

The inventory transfer tool is used to move your products between distributors and your warehouses. In a very simple way, you can define a transfer agreement between your inventory and those of your distributors and vise versa. In this way, you create very clear traceability between the different partners of your business.

List of transfers

In the inventory transfer section, you will find the list of all inventory transfers made with your partners.

You will be able to find:

• the number of units involved
• the progress of the transfer
• the number of units sent and received as well as the number of goods damaged during the transfer

You can edit a transfer contract in PDF format to allow for a clear exchange with your partners while sharing the same level of information.

Create a transfer / Transfer options

Create a new transfer contract between warehouses to move product(s).

• Sender, the one who sends the inventory.
• Recipient: the one who receives the inventory.
• List of products and quantities that will be sent and received by the recipient.
• Comment that can be added to the inventory transfer.

You will be able to modify ongoing transfers in the transfer list (pencil icon on the right side of the page).
