Create a discount or a price override

Modified on Fri, 28 Nov at 4:21 PM

The Sales Rules module centralizes all your price modifiers in one place. These rules apply to selected products or catalogs, as well as targeted audiences or groups. You have the option to choose the products you want to subject to these rules and define the individuals who will be visible only to customers. Moreover, a sales rule can be established for all products and/or customers.

Setting your override parameters

If you have a specific pricing agreement with a retailer, whether it's an increase or a decrease, you can set up a "price override." This will allow the retailer to see the price you have configured for the selected products according to your agreement. For the retailer, this price will become their regular price, and they will no longer see the original price, thus avoiding any friction between you and them. Please note that it is possible to apply an additional discount on a price override rule.
