How to add a Payment Method on PivoHub?

There are two payment methods available via PivoHub: bank transfer and credit card.

PivoHub does not store any payment information. We partner with Stripe, a global leader in payment management, to process and secure your information.

Connecting a Bank Account

Step 1: In the “Accounts Payable” tab, navigate to “Payment Methods,” then click on “Connect a Bank Account.”

Étape 2: Inscrivez le nom du propriétaire ainsi que le email de facturation puis appuyer sur "Configurer avec Stripe". Une fenêtre s'ouvrira pour vous inviter à vous connecter à votre institution financière.

Step 3: Once the account is connected, it will appear in the list of payment methods.

Add a Credit Card

Step 1: From the payment window, select “New credit card…” from the payment method list.

Step 2: Enter your credit card information, then proceed to pay.

Even though your credit card information appears on the screen, it is entirely managed by Stripe with 100% confidentiality. Learn more.

Step 3: The credit card used will then appear in the list of “Payment Methods.” You will be able to use it without having to re-enter your information for the next payment.
