For suppliers & agents

Order management, buyer access and sales rules

• Inviting buyer contacts as PivoHub users — Contacts created for a client can now be invited to join PivoHub as users of their buyer account. This simplifies the activation of autonomous ordering and reduces rep follow-up time on future sales.
• New user roles: double confirmation and draft-only order creation mode.

Ask your admin to update roles for each user. Head to Users & Roles to adjust your settings!

• Order minimum requirement: If a buyer places an order below the required minimum, it is put on hold. If the buyer then adds quantities to that same order and meets the minimum, it is automatically approved without manual intervention.
• Mass archiving of sales rules: Multiple sales rules can now be archived simultaneously using a mass action.
• Simplified agreement type management per client for Supplier + Agent (or + Distributor) configurations.

For distributors

• Shipment map for the day — A new interactive map lets you visualize all truck routes scheduled for a given day. Head to the Shipments section.
